ACHIEVING 80% ENERGY SAVINGS WITH KOOLMESH IN A 4,000 M² WAREHOUSE

Requirement
In warehouses or industrial spaces, where the number of people moving around is limited, conventional lighting often consumes a lot of energy. This project aims to achieve the following results: warehouse lights come on when needed, each sensor controls each luminaire for more flexible operation and allows real-time monitoring and adjustment of the lighting equipment.
The Solution: Smart Lighting, No Extra Cables
- Real-time monitoring and adjustment: The Koolmesh system is used to set up tri-level and daylight harvesting (closed-loop) scene to ensure that the luminaires are only switched on when necessary, helping to reduce energy wastage. koolmesh’s app, as well as the web platform, also allows for real-time monitoring of the luminaires as well as the energy consumption, and the adjustment and optimization of the lighting system.
- Individual control of each luminaire: Each luminaire is equipped with Hytronik’s Bluetooth sensor, which allows each luminaire to adjust its brightness according to the ambient light, satisfying the lighting needs while minimizing energy consumption.
- No extra cables required: The system works wirelessly, avoiding complicated installation and extra cables.
The Results: 80% Energy Savings
In the industrial sector, energy consumption is a major problem, especially in large warehouses. However, Delex Teknik achieved an energy saving of 80 per cent in its 4,000 square meter warehouse because for this project it chose to integrate Hytronik’s Bluetooth products with Bluetooth modules based on Koolmesh. Thanks to the powerful system functionality of Koolmesh, the project was able to achieve precise lighting control. By intelligently sensing the movement of people in the warehouse and the ambient light, the Koolmesh lighting control system is able to flexibly adjust the brightness and switching status of the lighting, thus avoiding energy wastage and achieving significant energy savings, providing a practical and innovative solution for energy-efficient industrial lighting.
